Register as a
Blood Donor

You must be at least 18 years old to register as a donor on RoktoLagbe.

Donors must be in good health and meet the medical eligibility requirements as per Bangladesh National Blood Transfusion Council (NBTC) guidelines.

You must provide accurate personal and medical information during registration. False or misleading information is grounds for immediate account removal.

Each person may only maintain one active account. Duplicate accounts will be permanently banned.

Hospital and blood bank accounts must be registered institutions and require admin approval before activation.

Donors must truthfully declare any medical conditions, medications, or recent illnesses that may affect blood safety.

Donors must observe the mandatory rest period of at least 56 days (8 weeks) between whole blood donations.

Accepting a blood request and then not showing up without prior notice is considered a serious violation.

Donors are strictly prohibited from demanding or accepting monetary compensation for blood donations.

Donors must arrive at the donation location sober and in a physically fit condition.

Blood requests must only be submitted for genuine, verified medical emergencies or scheduled procedures.

Creating false, duplicate, or test blood requests is strictly prohibited.

Requesters must update or close a request as soon as the need has been fulfilled.

The blood type, quantity, hospital, and urgency level declared in a request must be accurate.

Exploiting the platform to collect donor contact information for non-medical purposes is a violation.

Your personal health information is stored securely and is only visible to relevant parties during an active blood request.

Your contact number will be shared with the requester only upon your acceptance of a blood request.

Location data is only active during an active donation session and is not stored beyond the session.

RoktoLagbe will never sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.

Harassment, abuse, or threatening language directed at any user is grounds for immediate and permanent ban.

Impersonating a medical professional, hospital, or blood bank is a criminal offense.

Sharing or distributing other users' personal information without their consent is strictly forbidden.

Using RoktoLagbe for commercial advertising, spam, or unrelated solicitation is not permitted.

Any attempt to manipulate ratings, reviews, or the donor ranking system will result in suspension.

RoktoLagbe admins reserve the right to review, restrict, suspend, or permanently ban any account found in violation.

Bans may be temporary or permanent depending on severity. Reasons are always communicated.

Appealing a ban can be done by contacting our support team within 14 days of the action.

Accounts reported for fraudulent requests may be flagged for verification.

RoktoLagbe is a voluntary blood donor-matching platform and is not a licensed medical service provider.

We do not guarantee the availability of blood at any given time.

Blood compatibility and transfusion decisions are the sole responsibility of the treating medical institution.

In life-threatening emergencies, always contact emergency services (999 in Bangladesh) first.

RoktoLagbe is not liable for any medical complications arising from a donation or transfusion.

RoktoLagbe reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification.

Continued use of the platform after a terms update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you disagree with any updated terms, you may request account deletion at any time.
